Contributions from corporations, foundations, community organizations and individuals support the mission of Puget Sound Blood Center, including its internationally renowned research program. While volunteer donors are the indispensable foundation of the community blood supply, it takes more. A sophisticated system at the Blood Center continuously operates to ensure that blood is ready when it is needed in hospital emergency rooms or routine surgery. The Blood Center’s centralized transfusion service for all of King County provides a mechanism for meeting sudden large demands for blood if necessary. The transfusion service staff may be mobilized to meet an unusual emergency need at one hospital, and in a disaster, blood may be quickly prepared and sent to victims at one or several hospitals.

Bellevue Youth Theatre’s mission is to provide opportunities in the performing arts for all young people, regardless of income or ability, and allow these young people to perform before a live audience. Our mission is to also provide the community with quality productions which are both entertaining and socially relevant for the entire family.
As one of the only free youth performing arts programs in the country, this exceptional program embraces social and cultural diversity while building self-esteem and confidence.
InfraGard is an information sharing and analysis effort serving the interests and combining the knowledge base of a wide range of members. At its most basic level, InfraGard is a partnership between the FBI and the private sector. InfraGard is an association of businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the United States. InfraGard Chapters are geographically linked with FBI Field Office territories. Each InfraGard Chapter has an FBI Special Agent Coordinator assigned to it, and the FBI Coordinator works closely with Supervisory Special Agent Program Managers in the Cyber Division at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
